This Privacy Policy explains how Muhammad Ali (“Operator”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use DoseLoop at doseloop.online.

1. Who we are

DoseLoop is a medication reminder and adherence-tracking web app. The service provider / operator is Muhammad Ali. For privacy requests email doseloopai@gmail.com.

2. Information we collect

Account data: email address, display name, authentication identifiers (Firebase Auth, including Google Sign-In when you choose it).
App data: medication lists, schedules, dose logs, settings, role (patient/caregiver), and optional family-link codes.
Usage / technical data: basic device and browser information needed to run the web app, push-notification tokens if you enable notifications, and error/diagnostic logs.
Payment data: subscriptions are processed by RevenueCat and Paddle. We do not store full payment card numbers. We may receive subscription status, product/plan identifiers, and customer identifiers needed to unlock premium features.

3. How we use information

Provide reminders, schedules, history, and caregiver sync features you enable.
Authenticate you and sync data across devices when you are signed in.
Process and restore subscriptions and manage entitlements.
Improve reliability and security of the Service.
Respond to support requests you send to us.

4. Where data is stored

On your device: Guest and local caches store app state in the browser (for example IndexedDB / local storage).

In the cloud: When you sign in, profile and related data may be stored in Firebase (Google Cloud) for DoseLoop project doseloopweb. Family sync transmits only the information needed for linked caregiver/patient views.

5. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

Service providers that power the App (for example Firebase/Google for auth and storage; RevenueCat and Paddle for billing).
People you choose via family/caregiver linking features.
Authorities when required by law or to protect rights and safety.

6. Retention

Free accounts may have shorter cloud history retention (for example about 30 days). Paid plans may retain data longer according to the plan described in the App. You may delete local account data from Settings. Cloud deletion requests can be emailed to doseloopai@gmail.com.

7. Your choices and rights

Use guest mode for local-only data.
Disable notifications in the App or browser.
Disconnect family links and wipe client data via Settings.
Request access, correction, or deletion of personal data we hold by contacting us (subject to legal exceptions).

8. Security

We use industry-standard providers and transport security (HTTPS). No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure; use a strong password and keep devices locked.

9. Children

DoseLoop is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your region). Do not create accounts for children below that age without appropriate parental authority and applicable legal basis.

10. International users

Data may be processed in countries where our providers operate (including the United States). By using the Service you understand that processing may occur outside your home country with safeguards used by those providers.

11. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Policy.
