Terms of Service
Welcome to DoseLoop (“Service”, “App”), a medication-adherence reminder and organization web application operated by Muhammad Ali (“Operator”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using DoseLoop at doseloop.online, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Acceptance
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. If you use DoseLoop for another person (for example as a caregiver), you represent that you are authorized to do so and that the Service is used for reminder and organizational purposes only.
3. Medical disclaimer
DoseLoop is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always follow instructions from a licensed clinician or pharmacist. Do not change doses based on the App alone. AI chat and camera verification features are assistive only and may be inaccurate.
4. Accounts
You may use DoseLoop as a guest (local-only) or with an account (email or Google via Firebase Auth). You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate contact information when requested.
5. Subscriptions and payments
Free and paid plans are offered. Paid features (such as camera verification, caregiver/family sync, and longer cloud retention) may require a subscription processed through RevenueCat Web Billing and Paddle. Prices, plan names, and retention periods are shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew according to the plan you select until cancelled. 6. Acceptable use
- Do not misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with other users.
- Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
- Do not reverse engineer or scrape the Service except as allowed by law.
- Do not use DoseLoop as the sole safety mechanism for life-critical medication timing.
7. Intellectual property
DoseLoop branding, UI, and software are owned by Muhammad Ali or licensed to him. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal or caregiver medication-reminder purposes.
8. Privacy
How we collect and use data is described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. Reminders may fail due to device settings, browser limits, network issues, or human error.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Muhammad Ali and DoseLoop shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any missed doses, incorrect intakes, health outcomes, or data loss arising from use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for subscriptions in the three (3) months before the claim.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time and may delete local account data from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or to protect the Service or users.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Material changes may also be noted in the App.
